Power on the modulator

High pressure PMOS tube composition. The multifunctional chip can provide an adjustable gate voltage bias of -0.5V to -4.5V for GaN power amplifiers and modulates the output voltage for driving high-voltage PMOS power tubes with a minimum load capacity of 12A. It can control the power-on sequence of GaN and LDMOST power amplifiers and turn off the discharge function.

The series is in a 25.8mm x 21.4mm x 5.15mm surface metal package for reflow soldering processes. It is widely used in communication, providing gate voltage for GaN power amplifier and so on.
