High precision true logarithmic amplifier
Our true logarithmic amplifier band is 40~200MHz, the use of multi-chip hybrid integration, internal interconnection effectively reduce the use of the device area, the external only need fewer devices to complete the design. It has the characteristics of flexible power supply connection, low power consumption, large dynamic range, high logarithmic accuracy, small phase change and direct processing of carrier signal. Reflow welding process is used for mounting, and Sn63Pb37 solder is recommended for welding, and the maximum welding temperature is not more than 245℃. It is used in instrumentation, radar recognition, communication reception, telemetry and remote sensing, etc., to realize the localization of chip replacement.
